Negligent Maintenance and Grooming Operations

Grooming Operations

Colorado ski area operators are required to clearly mark and provide notice to skiers when grooming operations are being performed on the slopes. An anomaly in the law does not, however, require sign age when snow cats or maintenance vehicles are traveling to a grooming project. Skiers must stay clear of maintenance equipment and lift towers.

If you have been injured as a result of unmarked slopes or if you have struck unmarked grooming equipment or unlighted snow cats or snow mobiles that were not visible and have sustained serious fractures, head or other injuries, contact our firm so we may advise you of your rights and discuss representation.

Ski carefully and avoid injuries, but should you suffer serious injuries, contact Wills & Adams, LLP for a no cost consultation on your legal rights and remedies.

To schedule a free initial consultation, contact us online or call (719) 387-9923. We can also be reached toll free at (866) 461-7749.
